Tri-Harmonic Phalanx
The RhPf Tri-Harmonic Phalanx is a versatile, three-band parallel enhancer and overdrive pedal, built in Switzerland, with a street price of $179. It is designed to split the incoming signal into three parallel paths for lows (Bass), mids (Mid), and highs (Treble). This allows musicians to precisely control which frequencies remain clean and which develop harmonic saturation. Each band features independent Gain (DRIVE) and volume Level controls (IGF-1, GH, and ACTH, respectively), running through soft-clipping MOSFET stages for an organic, amp-like response. The pedal can function as a full-spectrum clean boost, but its core strength lies in targeted saturation, allowing players to push specific frequency bands into harmonic grit while maintaining clarity in others. It is intended to be placed first in the signal chain to refine the dry signal and give subsequent effects a stronger, more defined starting point. It uses external 9V DC power and features true bypass switching.
