The TubeDreamer mk.2 is the most significant revision in the pedal's history. The core remains everything TubeDreamer fans love: smooth, singing midrange push, exceptional touch dynamics, and that just-right compression that makes blues and classic rock leads feel effortless. A second footswitch engages a high-gain mode, effectively turning the single-channel dreamer into a two-stage machine — rhythm warmth on the main switch, saturated solo push on the second, no tap dancing required. The new diode-less clipping mode is the deeper story: lifting the clipping diodes opens the circuit into a louder, rawer, more amp-like drive that retains the 808 midrange signature while shedding its compression — a voice closer to a pushed tube amp than a green pedal.
