Oceans Abyss
The Electro-Harmonix Oceans Abyss is a digital, dual stereo reverb pedal, marketed as an Advanced Reverb Laboratory. It features two independent reverb engines that can be combined or swapped, offering 10 distinct reverb types. Beyond reverb, it includes a collection of additional effects such as Delay (Digital, Analog, Tape), Tremolo, Chorus, Flanger, Phaser, and Graphic EQ, which can be arranged in a customizable signal chain using eight FX blocks. Key features include 128 presets accessible via MIDI or the pedal's footswitches, an OLED display, a NavCoder knob for easy navigation, and extensive I/O options including stereo inputs/outputs, MIDI In/Out, an expression/CV input, and a USB-C port for interfacing with the EHXport™ app. Its dual-action footswitches can be set for momentary or latching operation, and it supports configurable reverb trails and infinite sustain effects.
