MultiComp Blue Label

The EBS MultiComp Blue Label is an analog multiband compressor pedal, highly popular among bass players, guitarists, and other musicians for delivering a natural and musical-sounding compression. It is designed to hit the sweet spot between preserving dynamic playing and creating a smooth, consistent tone across the fretboard. This pedal is specifically recommended for bass, excelling at creating a tight and punchy tone ideal for slap and fingerstyle playing across many genres. It is suitable for both live and studio use. Key features of the Blue Label version include three selectable compression modes—Tubesim, Multiband, and Normal—each offering a distinct sonic signature. It features controls for Compression, Gain (for volume makeup or harmonic bite), and a new front-panel Sensitivity control to adjust the threshold level. The Multiband mode also has an internal trim pot for fine-tuning the balance between frequency bands. The unit is powered by 9–18V DC.
