Moonbeam Phaser
The Death By Audio Moonbeam Phaser is a versatile and compact effects pedal from the Destroyer Series, known for its ability to create a mesmerizing array of modulation effects, ranging from classic swirling movements to ultra-gooey bends and otherworldly textures. At its core, the Moonbeam Phaser features two fully analog 6-stage phase shifter engines. The pedal allows users to tap into each stage individually, offering a unique sound for each of the six modes. This results in an insanely broad array of sounds, from slow harmonic drifts to chewy phaser swirl, and even ring mod-type tones. A key visual feature is the color-coded Moving Light Indicator, which displays the active stage and follows the speed of the Low-Frequency Oscillator (LFO), adding to its retro aesthetic. Designed with an expansive range of controls, the Moonbeam Phaser’s 'FREQ' knob adjusts the speed of movement, ranging from ultra-slow harmonic drifts (0.006Hz) to lightning-fast sweeps (130Hz). It is housed in a pedalboard-friendly, tour-grade enclosure.
